Kenny is the founder and advisor at Elite Companies, a seasoned professional in construction and homebuilding, with a strong commitment to community service and affordable housing advocacy.
Kenny serves in an advisory role at Elite Companies, a business he founded after a diverse career that began with various construction jobs and a decade as a lumber salesman for Complete Lumber in Evansville, IN. As the father of Steve, Phil, and Matt, and a proud grandfather to their ten children, Kenny transformed his passion for building by launching SPM Development, Inc., later renamed Elite Companies.
Actively engaged in the political sphere, Kenny advocates for affordable home building for all Hoosiers. He has served as President of both the Indiana Builders Association and the Southern Indiana Builders Association, continuing to play an influential role in these organizations.
With nearly two decades of public service on the Haubstadt Town Council, many years as its president, Kenny has also contributed as President of the Haubstadt Little League and officiated high school athletics. His commitment extends to economic development as a former board member of the Gibson County Economic Development Corporation.
Residing in Haubstadt, IN, Kenny enjoys spending time at his lake house on Lake Barkley in Kentucky, where he loves to fish and unwind.
Phil is the President of Elite Companies, a devoted family man, and an active community leader with a rich background in business management and a passion for youth sports.
Phil resides in Haubstadt with his wife, Leigha, and their six children, two daughters and four sons. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in Business Management from Oakland City University, where he not only played collegiate baseball for four years but also met the love of his life, Leigha.
Phil's professional journey began with TJX Companies, where he held a management position at one of their distribution facilities. Since leaving TJX in 2017, he has been thriving as the President of Elite Companies, overseeing business operations, cultivating banking relationships, and spearheading new business development.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Phil is deeply involved in community service. He is on the board of trustees at Oakland City University and has served as Treasurer for the First General Baptist Church in Princeton, IN. His passion for sports continues as he actively coaches youth baseball in Haubstadt.
Outside of his commitments, Phil enjoys spending quality time with his family on annual Disney World adventures. He’s also an avid golfer and a devoted fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, relishing the game whenever his schedule allows.
Matt is the Vice President of Elite Companies, with a career rooted in construction and a passion for community involvement and coaching.
Matt has dedicated his entire career to Elite Companies, beginning as a general laborer during his teenage years. He completed the Building Construction Technology program at the Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center, advancing from a trim carpenter to construction superintendent, and now serves as Vice President, overseeing all single-family home construction projects.
Actively involved in the Southern Indiana Builders Association, Matt served as President in 2018. He is also committed to his community, spending the past decade as the head men’s golf coach at Gibson Southern High School in Ft. Branch, IN, and previously coaching at Reitz Memorial High School in Evansville.
Residing in Elberfeld, IN, Matt lives with his wife, Rachael, and their daughter.
Steve Reinbrecht is a seasoned Project Manager at Elite Construction Services, bringing two decades of expertise in multifamily and commercial construction to his role.
Steve Reinbrecht, with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University, launched his career in 2006 with Signature Construction, advancing from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent. By 2012, he transitioned to JC Hart Companies, rising to Project Manager.
In 2022, Steve joined Elite Construction Services as a Project Manager, where he expertly oversees all aspects of multifamily and single-family subdivision projects. With two decades in the construction industry, he has contributed to over 100,000 square feet of retail and commercial spaces, 76 build-to-rent homes, multiple leasing offices and amenity centers, and the construction of more than 3,000 multifamily units.
Residing in Fishers, Indiana, Steve lives with his wife, Cara, and their three boys. He enjoys fishing, watching his sons play sports, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, Indianapolis Colts, and Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
